The company, based in the North-East of England, works collaboratively to perform high quality and innovative new contemporary works from exceptional choreographers alongside an extensive participation programme. We are strongly committed to nurturing dancers, choreographers and associate artists.

DFD recruits on a project-by-project basis through open auditions. Performers are cast on their suitability for the performance and the company is continually on the lookout for dancers and artists so if you think you have what is needed to work with us please send us your cv !
